In keeping with our Mission Statement of preserving and presenting ideas and artifacts pertaining to Shinnston and surrounding areas we have a small retail area. Monies made from the sales of these items are used to preserve the Museum for future generations.
1. BICE-FERGUSON COOKBOOK collection of areas favorite recipes $10
2. "SHINNSTON TORNADO" Written by John L. Finlayson and
published in 1946. The book relates the devastation of the tornado that
ripped through the area on June 23, 1944. $70

3. "DAUGHTER OF THE ELM" Written by Granville Davisson Hall.
The story is a fictional account of outlaws who terrorized the Shinnston
area in middle of the1800's. (1978 edition) $35
4. "SHINNSTON HIGH SCHOOL Class of 1946.....Looking Back"
Written by James Meredith Currey $35 This book tells Shinnston History and business in the first half of the
20th century. Contains all graduates and teachers of Clay District
High School/later Shinnston High School. A must read for anyone
interested in early Shinnston history.
5. "It's all About Bands"
